A note on the 100% split
Current Performance Accounts — the accounts Apex has sold since March 1, 2026 — pay 100% of approved payouts. The caps are the catch: each payout is capped, and each account pays out a maximum of 6 payouts. Legacy Performance Accounts, bought before March 1, 2026, pay 100% of the first $25,000 of profit, then 90%.
