How Prop Firm Lineup Verifies Prices, Codes & Rules

Every price, code and rule on this site goes through the same process before it is published. This page explains that process in easy-to-understand terms — what we check, how often, and what we do when we get something wrong.

Checked against the firm’s own site — and in real checkouts

We start from each firm’s own website: its pricing pages, plan pages and rule pages. Where a firm sells through a checkout, we go further and test the price in a real cart — the after-discount prices on this site for code-based discounts come from putting the account in the checkout, applying the code, and reading the total the firm’s own system produces. If a price can’t be verified that way, we publish the list price only and say so, rather than guessing what a code might do.

Dated verification, re-verified monthly

Every firm page in the lineup is verified against the firm’s site on a dated pass, and the whole lineup is re-verified monthly. Prop firms change prices, codes and rules constantly — a code that worked last month may be dead today. That’s why our discount pages carry end dates where a firm sets them, and why the firm’s checkout is always the final word.

The code-confirmation standard

A code is only shown as ours — Code: PFL — after two things are true: it is active in the firm’s affiliate portal, and it works at checkout, applying the discount and attributing the sale. Until both are confirmed, we don’t present a code as ours. Codes that belong to the firms themselves (like Code: VAULT, Code: GEMS or Code: CLUB) are labelled as the firm’s own public codes, never as ours and never as exclusive to this site.

Commissions never buy placement

Prop Firm Lineup may earn a commission when you buy through a link or code on this site, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never buy a firm its place in the lineup, and firms can’t pay for placement or order. No exceptions.

How the lineup order actually works

Plainly: firms we have an approved affiliate relationship with are listed first — today that is FundedNext, Top One Futures and Earn2Trade — and the remaining firms follow. The order exists so the site can sustain itself; it is not a quality ranking, and a firm’s position says nothing about whether it is the right firm for you. That’s what the comparison pages are for: best futures prop firms, cheapest futures prop firms and discount codes all sort by the data, not by the lineup order.

Corrections policy

When we find an error — or a reader reports one — we fix it and date the correction. Wrong information doesn’t stay up quietly edited: the fix is made as soon as the correct figure is verified against the firm’s site or checkout. To report an error, email [email protected].

What we don’t do

We don’t publish star ratings or review scores we can’t stand behind, we don’t invent payout statistics, and we don’t present simulated results as real ones. If a figure isn’t in our verified data, it isn’t on the page.
