Prop Firm Expense Tracker: What You Spend vs What You Get Paid
A prop firm account costs more than its sticker price — resets and activation fees stack up quietly. Log each account once, keep its costs and payouts current, and the tracker shows the number that actually matters: total spent, total payouts received, and your net with every firm.

Questions traders ask
Why track spend per firm?
Because the eval price is the smallest part of what an account costs. A $115 eval with three resets and an activation fee can quietly become a $400 account — and if it paid out $300, you are behind and don’t know it. This tracker keeps the honest total in one place, per firm, so you can see which firms actually make you money.
What counts as “total spent”?
The account cost plus everything you paid on top of it for that account: reset fees and activation fees. Payouts received are tracked separately, and your net is payouts minus total spent.
Where is this data stored?
In your browser, on this device only — the same local storage model as our trading journal. Prop Firm Lineup never sees your numbers, and the tracker keeps working with no account and no signup.
How do I keep my spend down?
Start with the price you actually pay: most firms run a standing discount code, and the with-code price is the real list price. See the discount codes page and the true-cost comparison before you buy the next account.
