Free Trading Journal: Log Every Trade, See Your Record
A general-purpose trading journal that works with any strategy, any firm and any account. Log each trade — date, firm, instrument, entry, exit, size and P&L — and the journal keeps your running record for you: total P&L, win rate, trade count, and your best and worst trades.

Questions traders ask
Is this journal built around one strategy?
No. It is a general-purpose log — date, firm, instrument, entry, exit, size, P&L and your own notes. Whatever you trade and however you trade it, the same fields fit, and the record it builds (win rate, total P&L, best and worst trades) is the part most traders never see because they never write trades down.
Where are my trades stored?
In your browser, on this device only — in local storage under your browser’s control. Prop Firm Lineup never sees them. The journal works on the device and browser you logged from; it does not sync between devices.
Can I journal a personal brokerage account too?
Yes. Pick “Other / personal account” in the firm field and type the broker or account name — or just use the account label field to tell your accounts apart.
Why journal at all?
Because memory edits itself and the log doesn’t. A month of honest entries shows you which firm, instrument and time of day actually makes or loses your money — and on a prop firm account, knowing your real win rate and average loss is what keeps position size inside the drawdown. Pair it with the contract sizing calculator before the trade and this journal after it.
